(Movie) High Fidelity directed by Stephen Frears

Now I usually hate these kind of movies – them of the category of man not understanding about women while not realizing that he is a complete ass himself…

But somehow, this movie, strangely enough was enjoyable. Maybe it was John Cusack mouthing his quirky dialogues or maybe it was the good music that was played or maybe it was the fact that there was a sense of general madness all around. Whatever it was, the movie is a one time watch when you have nothing better to pass the time with on a lazy afternoon!!!

Having said that, there are no surprises in the plot and there are no revelations but you liked the ending anyway, even though it was expected.

Not on my ‘Wasted my time on’ list but definitely not worth a re-watch…
